Where do you all buy your supplies?

I'm picking up our first RV (Class A) Monday and I'm going through trying to figure out what supplies we might need. Where do you all go to get things like:

30A to 50A adapter
TPS
Back flow preventers
Clear sewer (black/grey) hose adapter

Stuff like that. It sounds to me like Home Depot and/or Walmart. But, would Academy, REI, or Dick's be useful at all?

Wal*Mart carries a lot of the basics. A few dealers have stores that are as good with their selection as Camping World and prices are better. But they are few and far between too.
I tend to stay away from CW if I can avoid it.

We bought our first RV a few months ago and shop for RV-related items almost exclusively on Amazon. Much of our buying decisions are based on what we learn on these and other forums. With Amazon it is easy to see lots of different brands, compare prices, read reviews, read the Q&As. And two days later it is delivered to your door.

Amazon has served me well. Read the product reviews and research the different features. With Amazon Prime, it gets shipped to my door for free in about 2 days.

Most big ticket items on Amazon and day to day stuff Wal-Mart.
We try to avoid camping world.

Like others, Amazon, CW, Walmart. You just have to shop around like anything else
Good luck and safe travels

Walmart and PPL. Amazon is extra slow unless you join the Prime Club.

x2 for WM and PPL. I have bought a lot of stuff at CW online too - you have to go hunting to beat their prices on a lot of things. I don't think I would take my coach to them for repair but accessories is another story.

I will search for the item that I have in mind, and then Google the part or model number and see who has the best deal. Most of the time I can beat Amazon prices and some times by a large margin. Ebay often serves me well.

Amazon of course but I also use those that advertise on this forum. They are RV people and understand what you are looking for. I have also found their prices quite competitive.
