Which RV to purchase?

I am new to iRV2. Looking to making my first purchase. The RV will be permanently placed, not driving it around the country.
My dilemma is which to buy.
Choice 1 DRV 2006, excellent condition under warranty, well maintained
Choice 2 DRV 2007, repo OK condition and $10,000 cheaper that #1.
How do you decide?
Thanks for your suggestions and help!

Is there a warranty you can purchase for #2?
If so
1) Is the cost of that warranty less than $10K
2) Does it cover everything (or more) than the existing warranty on #1

But, most important I think, which of the RVs do you LIKE the best?
Is 'excellent condition' worth more than 'OK condition' to you? If so, how much? 10k?
Are the floor plans the same?
If not, which one suits you better?

Is there a thread for us permanent placed folks? We are new (first RV, a 5er now called our "tiny house" by the kids and grandkids) and have been here 3 months. I have learned a lot from this site and would guess we would have a few different concerns from the moving folks. Just wondering.....

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Personally I would go with the repo if it's been well maintained.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

If it is going to be permanently placed I would pick the one with the best roof

Repo if in good shape for me. Just be sure the title is clear and have a good inspection since it'll be an "as is" sale.
