These guys have been very good in the past and easy to deal with. Rates will vary on your driving record, location, where the vehicle is stored, etc. I think you will have to have your cars insured with them as well in order to get MH insurance.

Insurance companies(Auto, Home, Life, Health) are all about risk. If your RV is only on the road 30-60 days a year they have very little exposure to a loss. If while you are on the road you mostly drive near or through large congested urban areas the risk of a loss goes up as compared to rural areas. If you have shown to have a good driving record, assume a higher deductible the risk goes down and thus a lower premium. Good drvers can still pay more if they live in an area that has high losses.

Shopped American Home General, GEICO and GMAC.

GMAC was half of GEICO, AHG didn't write policies fro Class DP at 40'
