Have you looked at the Bank of the West website for RV loans?

FYI--this still hasn't gone completely through, yet. Paid down payment, financed the rest, and sent all to the finance company. Inspection done. We expect to hear from them in the next day or three and get the keys from the seller.

This was NOT a quick nor easy process.

And this IS Bank of the West, which seems to list their financing services under several different names.

We finally got it!!!

The hangup apparently was the finance company either dragging their feet, or the fact that too many people were involved, and they were not communicating to each other what was received and what was not. Every time they dropped the ball, it added another week to the ordeal, the interest on the seller's loan increased and the seller had to keep sending checks to the finance company to cover the accruing interest, THREE TIMES!!!

Also, it seemed like every other Friday, whoever was working on the loan went on vacation, then another person took over and had no idea where in the loan process we were, adding yet another week(s).

We got down to the point where we had to move the 24-footer we have been living in out on Saturday morning, b/c new trailer coming in at noon Saturday 7/1. So if the loan did not go through by today, we would have to put our 24-footer into storage somewhere, full of food and property, without hookups, and get a hotel with the dog and cat until we could get the keys.

My wife and the seller got on the phone with the finance company yesterday EVERY HOUR to make sure that they got that last remaining check for $106 to cover that last little bit that her loan had increased over the past month. By 6:30 last night, I had the keys, cat and dog are in the 5-er!!!
