Yep. Their park, their rules.

That's how we felt at Hearthside Grove. All the Prevost's, Newell's & King Aire's parked on their $300k professionally landscaped, fancy pavered, with hot tubs/water features/tiny house w/outside bars/gas fireplaced lots. Everyone was friendly, but I did feel a bit out of place amongst all those million-dollar coaches.

We had the same feeling Lori............but everyone was so friendly........invited the first night to the Clubhouse for happy hour, and every night at 5 after that for our visit. That is when/where we meet Charlie Adcock, at happy hour and joined Fmca......first year on him!

CT had one upscale resort campground that had the ten year rule... but that was before the great recession. since then they have changed ownership and are just an average campground.

When checking into a park in Las Vegas about 15 years ago the gentleman in front of me was in a heated discussion about no class c units allowed. He was in front of my class B outside. It was a "super C". All the reservation lady has was a sheet with who could park there. Class B was not on the list, no problem. If I Rembrandt it was the Oasis RV park. Beautiful park. Had the only non class A there.

There are plenty of them around. Some of us even look for and prefer them. To each his/her own.

Just a thought!!! I'm wondering if there will be sign posts on the paths to Heaven and Hell listing the requirements, limitations, expectations etc, etc, etc????
What you can afford to buy and drive has absolutely nothing to do with who you really are as people. I'd prefer to see a sign that says:
"Happy, kind, respectful & pleasant folks are always welcome at our Camp Ground"

Only thing I can think of wrong with renter's is that they are mostly new to a vehicle that size, at least what I have seen. I had one come so far across my lane on a twisty road once that I had my motorcycle outside the fog line and still almost got hit... I called the cops and 800 rv rents on that guy. They are no different than someone driving a new trailer or motorhome for the first time tho, it was the only thing I could think of tho when you asked the question.

Rentals are usually billboards with writing all over them. That could be the reason.

If anybody should be banned from these preppy RV parks that want to keep the riffraff out it should be me.
I still make my morning trip to the outhouse in my jammies. I do leave the can of beer back in the RV though. I do have some standards.

Yes. It's all contained in "the" book.
