Does the cut off work well? I am still using my original, but we take Navy showers frequently and it drips a little when shut off. Another problem I have is that after being shut off for a several minutes, when turned back on, the water temperature tends to be cold for a short while. I had thought that this was some how due to the different water pressures if the hot and cold, but thought it might be somehow related to the shower head.

If my wife had to use a bath house I would camp alone, I have hurd of people not wanting to dirty up their holding tank.

We have a bath and a half with a very large shower. We have never used the cg bath house and unless something strange happens, we never will. We also have a clothes washer and will not use public laundromats. Those may be worse than public showers. A friend owns some laundromats and I hate to tell you some of his stories. Some germs are immune to disinfectants and the syringes with needles still intact that he has found in machines are just plain scary.

This is our practice and yours certainly may different.

If there's no sewer hook-up, I'll use the cg facilities, other than that, of course I'll use my own in my home on wheels.

Speaking of avatars, that's Buddy.

I usually use the bath-house. It keeps my immune system in shape!

Add me to the NEVER sit on a public throne list.
I truly feel sorry for the ladies when on side trips in the toad. I used to be responsible for a pair of public restrooms right off the interstate and the ladies room needed cleaning 3 times as much as the mens room. If I wanted to use GC facilitys I would have saved a lot of $$$ and stayed at hotel/motels

I wonder why you are curious where people shower? Is it something you need to talk with a professional about?

Oh I dunno......maybe many of us are in need of professional help....after all, we've sold all our worldly goods and moved into a 300+ sq ft box on wheels....some folks would find that a little crazy
