Will the RV electrical system be damaged if we run/use the RV without the generator?

Hello, first post in a since a long winter and spring. Hope everyone is well.

We took out the generator to be repaired. My husband is worried that if we travel without the generator it might damage the RV in some way. Any danger in traveling without the generator being installed? TIA

NO....
Just tape off the battery cables so they are not exposed/make contact with anything

Generator is JUST an alternate source of AC Power.
Doesn't hurt to NOT have AC Shore Power Cord plugged in when travel.....same with Generator

Stick a plug in the fuel line ( Golf Tee ), just to be safe and make sure nothing drags on the road.

Tape up any bare wires in the compartment just to be safe. Use tyraps to secure anything that's loose or hanging.

Using all of the above you will not have any problems other than no back up electric.
