Windshield wiper trouble

I have a 2006 fleetwood revelution, every time there is a gust of wind or a large truck goes by it blows the windshield wipers over the cab. I replaced the locking tabs. I have to remove the tv and reconnect the wiper assembly each time. Any body have a solution?

Why do you have to take the TV out?

Wow, that is a problem. Hopefully is doesn't happen when the wipers are in use.

Sorry I can't offer a solution.

Some more information would be helpful.....

Where are they attached, under the windshield, laying horizontal? Attached at the top of the cap, running vertical? Split windshield?

Are they actually moving as they were designed and going too far, or are they popping up, like they would if you pulled them up to clean the windshield?

I'm just guessing that if you have to remove the TV, the motor and wiper attachment points are in the upper cap.

They make add on wiper spring helpers . Or new wiper arms.... try bus supply . I'm also not sure what happening as described . Are they flipping up or twisting the actuators / drive system somehow.
