Windshield wipers starting on their own

Hopefully someone can help us. Our wipers keep coming on and the off switch only stops them temporarily. Weird thing is they on do it when running. Oh this is on a monaco dynasty 2002. Suggestions please......anyone else had this problem. Thx!

Had same thing on a GM chassis. Had to replace the wiper motor assembly. There is a computer control board inside the motor assemble that went bad. It was an east fix, and not too expensive, around a hundred bucks as I recall..
Don't know what you have for a wiper system, If you can get a look at it, check NAPA for replacement parts..

I had this problem on a BMW and I went to the fuse panel to pull the relay to disable the wipers because it was driving me nuts. When I pulled the relay I found that a spare fuse had worked its way under the relay and was shorting it out, which was actually causing the problem!

It's probably either the park switch in the wiper motor, the relay, or the switch itself.
