Winterizing - Hot Water Lines

I have a little 2018 Coachmen Apex Nano 193BH. I went to winterize it today and I was unable to get the hot water lines to pump the pink stuff. The cold water lines all flowed the pink antifreeze. I have by-passed the water heater and I have checked it 3 or 4 times to make sure that it is in fact by-passed. Any ideas?

It sounds like one of your by-pass valves is not working or leaking a filling the hot water tank. Since you cold lines worked, you can eliminate the pump. The heater or by-pass is the only thing left.

Do you get ANY flow out of a faucet hotside?

Remove water heater drain plug.......water or pink stuff come out?

What kind of valving system do you have on backside of WH Tank:
1 valve (cold inlet/bypass combo with check valve in hot out)
2 valve (cold inlet/bypass and bypass/hot outlet)
2 valve (cold inlet, a bypass and check valve in hot out)
3 valve (cold inlet, a bypass, a hot outlet)

1 valve...is a dual port...one port allows water into WH Tank, other port bypasses
2 valve ...dual port like 1 valve but 2 valves used
These are the most common to fail...

Got pictures of your valving?
