I can't imagine ever having any problems with that swing mechanism.

Buy it,....and become an expert on it. IMO slideouts are great for increasing the heated and cooled living area.

Not very practical. Takes away from the ceiling room and storage baggage area of the entire trailer for what, a covered porch?

Looks to me that it turns the entire living area into a slide out. Can you imagine the plumbing connections?

An interesting design but hardly practical.
Looks like some stylists were kicking around some ideas.
Always good to see someone thinking outside the box.
Next time.

I hope you don't have to open the swing out to access the bathroom or refrig at a roadside stop!

Yep, don't think it would be allowed at most. The overhang when it it in twisted position would jut out into the driver side neighbor's yard and the supports at either end would be in the grass on both sides causing all sorts of problems. I would also think the entire porch section just adds weight without function unless it is also the storage tanks for water and sewer.
But it is radically different, so there would be someone who will pay a premium for lack of functionality. If the ultimate goal is to sell a few dozen for a bunch of money each, it might just work. If the idea is to become a mass market staple, I see failure in their future.

Looks like one of those Dyson fans. Maybe it has great air flow through that deck. Add misters and you'll be cool all summer long.
