You KNOW to store batteries where you can check them periodically, don't you?

That includes items with batteries in them....

My wife's old smartphone looked odd on my desk the other day and so I went to pick it up and the 1/4" thick (supposed to be rectangular now 'round') battery had swollen so much it popped the case apart !

And this was inside an air conditioned home, not in a motor home in storage!

That is what those batteries do when they are in serious need of replacement.

And as for your subject line... I know.. But it is very very dangerous to assume knowledge in other people Many don't.

This includes Samsung corporation.. The new hot Android is the Samsung Galaxy S-VI (Six for those who can not translate) It does NOT have a replaceable battery. (Well user replacable) like my S-V (5) Does. Why I have a five.
