It was a brave thing to take trust in your sons driving, and as you mention, each hour he drove, he bilt your trust up. My childern are out of the house now, but if I had to chose to learn to drive, it would have to be my youngest daughter, as she is the brave one, my other daughter , would be to scared.
You did a good job and have every right to brag.

I'm happy that you gave him the chance to show he could do it. Many people don't give their kids a chanch to show what they can do. Good job to the both of you.

Paul - Good to hear that Michael did a good job, however, I'm not surprised because of the guidance from both you and Nancy. You have a fine young son, and should be proud of him.
