I agree the white hoses are a pain and seem to develop that green scum pretty quickly so I've been looking for a better hose but I'm hesitant to pay all that much money for something that's still a problem for many (see above posts).

BTW, last year my white hoses were several years of full timing old and had blackened up plus I was seeing a bit of the green stuff so I bought 2 new 25 footers, Camco. My old hoses didn't have a problem with the water pressure where I was staying...I'd put the pressure reducer right at the RV...but both the new ones ballooned up at the male brass connector and eventually burst there within a short period.

I moved the pressure reducer of course, and installed plastic males and I'm still using them. But just wanted to warn everyone that the older white hoses had more resistance to higher water pressures then the newer ones do.

Since I'm up north as it gets cold, the white ones are really getting on my nerves when trying to roll them up.

Maybe I'll give the Zero-G a try anyway, even without a clear consensus...it's only money.

Also, any users of this one? Says it's superflexible: Walmart Camco blue hose

One thing I found that helps drain the hose faster is to use a Y at the spigot. I can crack the unused end of the Y and it relieves the pressure in the hose faster.
