Sometimes 99999 works! Otherwise use your debit card. The only other way I know of is to ask the cashier to open the pump for you but they almost always ask you to leave your credit card with them.

Where we live we have a 4 digit postcode but in the US we punch in 00000 and it always works.

I will NEVER leave my credit card but I will leave my drivers license. They will open the pump with that as security.

K1V8T4 is my postal code. Always used 18400 up and down the eastern seaboard without an issue.
