Well Ken I am prepared now. Picked up another "Water smoker" to replace the old tired one. I'm gonna "Test it" with a pork shoulder Friday.
Got one a little bigger this time.
I plan to keep this one in the toyhauler. Give me a reason to kick back and goof off. That way Cathy can't say I'm just sittin around doing nuthin.
I figure we can load it up with the fresh roadkill when we get all get there Saturday. (Cook it while it is fresh!)

I wish I'd known you were lookin'. There was a fresh possum on Grant just NW of Eldridge on the commute to work this morning. I could have thrown him in the fridge here at work for you. Now, if we could just throw a couple of cans of Spam in Don's smoker with that possum...

Smoked possum stuffed w/ Spam is a real treat.
Man rusty, that early in the morning you must have been sleeping.

Hi Dale,
When I am at home I have a list of attendees so I can look up names for the ones who do not include them with their post. Right now I am in Minneapolis and do not have that list with me. Would you please help me out and send me your last name so I can post your meals? Thank you ever so much.

Madame Boomer came to my rescue and provided your last name to me. She keeps everything on track and running smoothly. Your meals will be posted.

Barbara,
Eileen & Glenn Norman will be providing milk in individual 1/2 pint cartons.
We should have enough Whole White, Whole Chocolate, 2% White, to last the entire week.
See you there! Glenn & Eileen

Sorry! I have spent the last 12 hours at the airport trying to get home from Minneapolis. I packed up this morning and haven't been able to post the meals yet. RV travel is MUCH better than the airlines!
