I would go with the web site then, they are usually a special price. I got my prices off of a card in the visitor center in Williams.

As we are getting down to the wire, less then 2 weeks until the rally I wanted to give you an idea of the meals so you can plan on what you will have to fix. For thoughts of you coming in early on Saturday the park has meals on Saturday I am not sure if there is a cost I have a call in and will find out ASAP.
Sunday..... Welcome dinner Catered
Tuesday ...Caterd breakfast and Train to the canyon. There are places
to eat near the train stop but remember crowds, think about
a box lunch, the park will offer one for $11.00 or bring your
own to keep you from standing in long lines.
Wednesday.. Pot luck Breakfast
Thursday ... Continental breakfast and Pot Luck dinner
Friday ....... Catered dinner
Monday will be free time give you time to sleep in if you want and see some local sites there is a lot do do within a few hours. (You can even get a head start on seeing the canyon.)

we will have maps and suggestions in the welcome books but you can look these up and consider them.

Oatman ...........old mining town with wild burros walking the streets and gun fights.

Dear Farm......... great stop for the kids.

Sedona ........... A beautiful town with its red mountains and art

and of course our host town of Williams .....on route 66 lots of history.

See you soon

On one of the earlier post it was "train ride WITH box lunch" which gave the impression the box lunch was included. It was on the post with the primiliary sign up list. I can make a lot of sandwiches for $11 or $22 for the two of us.

There was a mistake in the Rally announcement posting and it was supposed to be removed but was not. The price of the lunch was never put into our cost. and contray to comments from the peanut gallery When you arrived at the rally we will tell you the contents its more then just a sandwich and a drink and you will see it is well worth the price. Another problem is we had to buy the whole train car to get the discounted price, based on the folks who paid their deposits but when 14 seats are no longer sold we have to eat the cost which eats into money we have for food and entertainment. I am hoping to sell those seats to get our funds back and we will see where we are.

Thank you for your understanding.

Maybe we need to have a fee/assessment for changing your mind about coming? Fee would be based on how good of an excuse you had.

Double the deposit and that way if they back out you have more to cover your up front cost and planning.
