In Brief
Sunday: Registration, Setup the Hall, Welcoming Social, Soup and Sandwiches
Monday: Full Breakfast, Seminars Begin, Vendors Open
Tuesday: Continental Breakfast, Seminars, Southern Dinner, Entertainment
Wednesday: Coffee with the Mayor, Veteran’s Lunch, Tournaments, Medieval Times
Thursday: Coffee with the Mayor, Catered Supper, Tournament Awards, Grand Prizes, Rally Planning, Restore the Hall.
Friday: Explore Myrtle Beach, Hollywood Wax Museum, Mini-Golf, Sandy’s Center Stage
Saturday: Hugs and Handshakes, Goodbyes

2:00 – 5:00 – Member Check-In Recreation Center; Pickup Welcome Packet / Goody Bags, Sign-up for Tournament & the Hollywood Wax Museum
6:00 – 8:00 – Welcoming Dinner with Soup, Sandwiches & Beverages, Greeting & Orientation

9:00 – 11:00 – Pickup your Door Prizes (Recreation Center) (Scratch Offs)
9:00 – 10:00 – Seminar – TST - Truck Systems Technologies, Mike Benson, (TPMS)
10:00 – 11:00 – Seminar – Blue Ox – Motorhome Towing and Braking
11:00 – 12:00 – Seminar – 5 Star Turning, Mike Butler, Engine Tuning
12:00 – 1:00 – Lunch on your own
1:00 – 2:00 – Seminar – TV for My RV, Don & Anita Sweger
2:00 – 3:00 – Seminar – D&G Sales, Maintain Your RV In Showroom Condition, Don Sellers

10:00 – 12:00 – " Swap Or Sell Your Stuff" ( Books, Puzzles, RV Items) Side Room in the Recreation Hall.
12:00 – 1:00 – Lunch on your own
1:00 – 4:00 – Tournament Finals (Corn Hole & Ladder Toss) (IFO HH sites on the beach parking)
4:00 – Vendors Closed (Break Down)
6:00 – 7:30 – Dinner – Southern Pig Picking – Recreation Center
8:00 – 9:00 – iRV2 Acknowledgements, Comments and Future Planning

9:00 – 2014 iRV2 National Rally Golf Outing, "Prestwick Country Club", DavnJani – Signup at Registration Desk. (Exact T-Time TBA)
10:00 – 12:00 – Optional Event. The Hollywood Wax Museum – To receive our discount, A group of 50 are required to get up to a 50% discount. Sign-Up at Registration. "Bring your ID"
1:00 – 4:00 – On Your Own – Enjoy 1 FREE game of Sandy's Mini-Golf– "Bring your ID"
3:00 – 4:00 – THOR Motor Coach Club Meeting, Sandy's Center Stage (Next to Sandy’s Meet & Eat), Bob Fitta

Should you be a veteran to attend luncheon? If not can you put me down for 6 which would be my unit and two other couples who are attending rally ,the ellis and carle families. thanks

Thank you so much for planning this rally. I know what hard work that can be! You've done a fantastic job! Awesome and FUN schedule! It looks like you have everything and then some planned for us! Cannot wait to attend our first IRV2 rally and meet new people along with the ones coming from our Florida RV club, "Rigs on a Roll RV Club". Our motto is "Less Work...Less Stress...More FUN!!!". What happens between 9/19 and 10/20 when everyone departs? Just seems like a long time to have nothing scheduled. Just saying......
