The iRV2 2015 National Rally committee is pleased to announce that we are now accepting payments for the "Rally Fees." What is worth noting is that the campground fees are unrelated to the rally fees each being separate.

Attached is a "Help" file (below) in a PDF format which will walk you through each registration page, step by step.

"New" for 2015's attendee registration page is that when you start at the top of the list, you can register from top to bottom, as a single, a couple, a couple plus 1 adult and finally a couple plus 2 adults. If your party is over 4 persons, please send us a private mail and we'll make it work. Continuing you can register up to 2 school aged youngsters, one at a time and just like last year, under 7 years old is free. If you brought more than 2 minors, please send us a private mail and we'll make it work.

For 2015 we have established a per adult registration fee of $129.00 and $60 per school aged minor.

We have designed and tested the ticketing software for approximately 8 weeks and we believe that it's going to work just fine. During testing we have found and it has been verified by the software company that a problem exists when attempting to use Internet Explorer Version 11. Please read the special instructions on Page #2, "Important Notes"

For all those folks that have paid the "Rally Fee," we will see a "PAID" label to the right, next to the names on the Attendee List.

Just "tested" your on-line registration by simply clicking on the link in your second post. Took less than three minutes. Very intuitive, no problems getting through it.

I look at all the sites here this morning and trying to find the dates of the rally all this information and other dating site I finally went to the application found the date not a very good start. Wondering how the rally is going to be

Online Rally Registration - Quick Reference Guide

1. Start a new registration – Copy and Paste the URL listed below into either Google Chrome or Firefox to access the Active On-Line Registration sign in screen:

Enter and verify your email address, then ‘click’ continue

2. Personal Information Page – This page is for the registration of iRV2 members, family members and guests.
A total of six people can be registered on this page.

Note: A “*” indicates required field, valid data must be entered into these fields.

Once the Personal Information fields are completed, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

3. Rally Fees Page – Select the appropriate Rally Fee(s) by ‘Checking’ the box(es) next to the left of the correct number of people attending.

Hint: If registering 6 adults, ‘check’ the appropriate boxes to obtain a total of 6. Example: ‘Check’ 2 Adults and 4 Adults for a total of 6 adults.

Once the appropriate Rally Fee(s) have been selected, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

4. Optional Events Page – Please indicate the number of people that plan to attend and/or participate in any of the events.

Once the Optional Event numbers have been entered, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.

5. Checkout Page – This page lets you:

· Review the high level Primary Registrant Detail (only the Primary Registrant data is shown at this time).
· Review Fees description(s) (ex: 2 Adults), verifying the correct headcount and total fees.
· Create an Account by entering and confirming a Password
· View Payment Method, Credit Card is the software default and cannot be changed.
· Enter Billing Information. This sectionprovides a secure method to process your rally fee payment. Enter your payment information into the fields provided.
· Review the Refund Policy.

‘Click’ the Finish button to complete the registration and payment process.

6. Confirmation Page – This page lets you know your registration is complete and that a confirmation has been sent to your email address. It also provides a summary of the Registration details.

NOTE: You cannot edit any of the data displayed on the Confirmation Page.

You’ve completed your Online Rally Registration!

Registered & paid. Easy peasy....ok, well it took me a wee bit longer than Jay because I had to find Sandy's thread on past Nat'l attendance to enter my number correctly.

P.S. to DriVer: MB is missing from Sandy's thread. I'll bet if you can get the attendee's list to her she'll update it & the thread title.

We work hard at trying to make the rally very enjoyable to all. Last years rally was a success and I believe this one will be also. If you register and at any time aren't having a good time while there, please look me up, I'll be running the games, name is Bob. Hope to see you there and hope you have a great time.
