Went down to KOA today and got last premium spot left so I was told, looking forward to rally. If they figure a way to split up time spent at rally for those who only want to spent mane 3 days or so I woul entertain helping out if space is needed being as I live in the area.

It's kind of buried in the PDF registration instructions. Here's the pertinent text copied:
 
The 2015 iRV2 International Rally Refund Policy is as follows:
1. The cutoff for rally registrations is August 27th, 2015 @ 11:59 pm.
2. An administrative fee of up to 10% of the total of the amount paid may be retained prior to the cutoff
date.
3. After the cut-off date, materials, meals and other items will have been ordered and there is no
provision for a refund.
Campground Refund: Contact KOA directly by calling, Info: 615-889-0286 or Reservations: 800-562-7789.

2015 Get-Together

Bummer, too bad it's not bike friendly. My Harley is quieter than the DP's that wake me up at 0500-0600 when they're leaving. Maybe next year.

I think you might be getting the years mixed up. Have not heard of a bike restriction in Nashville. There was one in Myrtle Beach in 2014.

2015 rally

wife and i are attending, leaving tampa area sat morn. couldn't raise koa by phone after multi times, finally reserved on line w/note as to purpose. back into rv'ing after long absence.
