My wife Elaine seconds that. It is way too early in the morning for her to make it for breakfast. It would be nice to have it a little later or have it open longer.

yum......love that Taylor Ham. There are lots of pork rolls out there but there is only one Taylor Ham! being a displaced jersey boy, I remember fondly eating Taylor Ham on a hard roll when I worked in Newark so many years ago. I also used to get them at the food stand at the NJ Transit rail terminal in Hoboken, NJ. The sandwich along with a coffee in a take out container was the morning fare. Not so good for you but good eating.
Now, don't get me started on the hot dogs (wellers) at Rutts Hutt!

Are the meals buffet style or plate service?

In the past, meals served at the campground have been cafeteria-style...as in food in chafing dishes, served by the caterer as you walk down a line.

HERE's a link to their website. I'd say, until one of the wagonmasters chimes in for confirmation, we'll probably have one of the menus listed on their large event form.
