Have a request, some folks out there are diabetic or hypertensive, can the caterer be asked to keep the salt down, we can always salt food, but can't remove it. Perhaps provide a small at of sugar free food.

2017 International Rally Committee is pleased to announce the following addition to the Meal Plan.

Monday:
09/18/2017
1:00PM – 2:00PM
Gourmet Ice Cream Tasting

Sponsored By: SkyMed International

It is expected that up to 4 serving lines will be setup. (No waiting) After lunch come on back to the recreation center, grab a bowl, spoon and a scoop and help yourself to FREE ice cream.

We are pleased than Mrs. Carolyn Kees from SkyMed will be joining us for a second year in Branson.

Carolyn would like to invite you to stay for the seminar and ask you; "Does Your Evacuation Program Do What SkyMed Does?" Stay tuned to find out the answer and the differences between all the other Evacuation Programs and SkyMed. I'm sure you will be surprised and informed.

Good Question, thanks for asking…

Service Dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds and must be registered with the campground when you check-in.

Rally registration, meals, seminars, games, etc are taking place in the KOA’s Conference Center. Per Health Department regulations, with the exception of Service Dogs, pets are not permitted in the Conference Center.

If you have any questions, please check with the campground about specific pet policies .

Monkey, I am going to go out on a limb and say that 50% or more of our rally attendees will be travelling with dogs or cats. I've been attending the rallies for many years and I would not bring Roxy into the public places because of the possibility that one of our members may be allergic or otherwise may be feel uncomfortable with a pet in the hall. Although Roxy is well loved by many folks at the rally, she waits in her motorhome during our events and we always leave on the TV or the Radio.

Sorry to be a bother,,, but are we able to "take out" the meals ? As in go and bring them back to the rv ? Also are all activities inside the hall ? Or are some vendors etc setup outside ? Our "kid" (dog) has a separation problem, so leaving her alone in the rv is not an option. Thanks again, Monkey

Monkey,

Rallies are great way to socialize with fellow iRV2 members, make new friends and catch up with existing friends. Most of the planned activities (registration, meals, seminars, games, vendor booths, etc) are inside the Conference Center. Weather permitting, campfires are in an outside common area.

While we’ve made no provisions for meals to be taken out, my guess is you could carry your meal back to the RV.

In my opinion, if you’re not able to attend the indoors activities, you'll be missing out on a lot.

If the Belle is still offering, for a nominal price (it was $5 back 10 years when we were at that rally), a chance to dine with a half dozen tables back at the paddles, I strongly suggest you reserve it. It was a great experience and we had wonderful reserved seats with free non alcoholic drink service for the show.
Also, just a coment about the 'scenic' train ride. Unless we went over a bridge, the greenery was so high we saw nothing. Maybe they have cut down the bushes and trees by now lol.
That was a great rally, remembered fondly.
