Toast anyone?

Barbara S.

Is anyone bringing toast for brakefast?

Are there any provisions (such as a power outlet) where the brakefast will be served?

We could bring toast and our toaster.

Please let us know.

Henry.

We will be using the serving area for the park, so there will be electric available for crockpots. We will also be qble to use the grill to warm what may be needed.

Brisket is generally a pretty TOUGH meat by "nature" so it has to be s-l-o-w-l-y cooked...usually 8 hours or longer depending on the size.

It's a staple here in Texas and bbq-uer worth his salt learns at a young age how to cook one. It can be done in the oven, but doesn't taste nearly as good as it does when it's done right in a bbq smoker or closed pit

Please put us down for sausage patties for Wednesday.

We may not be attending Thursday evening meal as we are contemplating leaving early to head to Tombstone since we have our 9 year old grandson with us.
