As new 5th wheel owners, we would love to see a seminar on towing, trailer related.

Might be something available at some of the rallies (not necessarily a national) that we have been to, but there is so much more to be learned by reading, READING and more reading on sites such as this one. Pretty intelligent people here who are very willing to offer opinions and solutions.

Seminars are a good learning experience. At FMCA national conventions, there is usually a wide variety of topics. Some are kind of like an infomercial but others, particularly those by Cummins & Allison which are DP drive train related are instructional.
The best I've seen is put on by a Holiday Rambler owners group called the "Ramblin Pushers". It has a long history & until recently was limited to HR diesels. It's was opened up to all Monaco produced coaches and now it's open to all REV group coaches. It's held annually in Goshen, IN, the first week in May.
If you have a qualifying coach this is an outstanding learning experience.

Head over to Hershey PA in September, lots of free seminars on various topix included w/price of admission. They had a list of seminars on their website last year.

We will have a varied array of seminars. 3 are currently booked and we are expecting to book several more.
One of the most popular seminars was from Freightliner Custom Chassis in Myrtle Beach. The rep could have went 2 hours and the crowd would have wanted more. Michelin Tire was another "excellent" seminar.
1st person seminars where the participants ask questions is invaluable. If the instructor is doing it right and at the end of the day, you should learn something that you can take home with you. It often occurs that while listening to the questions of other attendees, their problems are often something that you are personally experiencing.
We have been fortunate in getting a good mix of content from cleaning the RV to tire pressure monitoring including other valuable topics that enhance your RV ownership.
Seminars begin at 9:00am on Monday after a "full breakfast."
