We are just a few miles south of you guys (Ann Arbor/Ypsi area). My coach is stored a few miles south of I-96 & US 23 and has been winterized. This is a great place for help with about any RV question you can have.

Novi also. Never realized there were so many IRV2 members near by. Another great CG is Maume State Park just east of Toledo. Most sites have natural growth on three sides. Very private sites a short bike ride from the bay/beach.

You weren't kidding, slim pickings for February March. We were able to get in 3 campgrounds, 2 in Florida and 1 in Georgia.
1st stop: MYAKKA RIVER SP Florida
Welcome to Florida State Parks
2nd stop: LITTLE MANATEE RIVER SP Florida
Welcome to Florida State Parks
Last stop: SKIDAWAY ISLAND STATE PARK
Skidaway Island State Park | Georgia State Parks
We have never visited Savannah Georgia but heard it's an good spot to go. We are excited about our 1st trip! Any experience at any of these?

Welcome to the forum. Another Michigander here. You will have the best of both worlds.....warm weather during the winter and excellent camping all over Michigan during the summer.
