99 Dolphin Water Tank

this rig I just purchased isn't laid out like my last one? The lady I bought it from didn't know squat about it.
Will need to find a good manual for it. Meanwhile, this rig has been sitting for about a year; am trying to sanitize the fresh water tank. Problem is, I can't find the plug to drain the tank.
I did look under the bed where the tank is and found 2 valves. I am attaching a picture for you to see. Maybe one of these is the release valve?

White valve is the fresh tank drain .
Without tracing the rest of the line to the metal valve ; best guess is a low point drain.

I took the chance on the white lever. And sure enough, BINGO.
