Talking A New Couple To iRV2

Hello everyone! We are Mike and Teresa Owen from Richland, WA and new to iRV2 site. We are long time RVer's. The last couple of years nearly full time, prior to that several weeks a year. We travel with 2 dogs Jo (Black Lab) and Rocky (Airedale).

This site has so much information that it will take time to sort through it all. We currently have an Arctic Fox Travel Trailer and Silverado Pickup. We are in search of a 2004 or newer motorhome that is a diesel pusher and between 38 and 40 feet, & under $80K. I am sure you are thinking good luck with that! haha Lots of information to navigate through to find the right coach for us.

We are considering Beaver, Foretravel, Tiffin, Country Coach, and the Newmar line. Foretravel seems like a stretch.....they seem to hold their value and I must admit we had not heard about them until the last couple of days.

Always looking for pros and cons on what people have and why they like it or not. If you have some advice to give, please post it.

We will be getting ready to head to Texas and the Southwest in about 4 weeks with the rest of the snowbirds! I love being on the road, I am sure I am part gypsy!

Safe travels to everyone & we look forward to interacting on this site!

Check out Winnibagos. Great customer service even if you're not the first owner and the rep's will bend over backwards to help

Welcome and glad to meet you!

Country Coach has been great. Might be hard pressed to find one that age in that price range however.
