Smile Adventurer Newbie

Hi Folks,

The wife and I purchased our first MH, a 2005 Winnebago Adventurer 37B last July, (brought it home on my birthday, happy birthday to ME!). We have had previous travel trailers and a park model and a TT in the past. All in all our fifth RV. Through the summer we managed to get a few weekend trips and one good size trip down through NY state, across Ohio and up through Indiana and back home to Canada, around 1400 miles. Took a few days to get used to the feel of the rig on the road and all the gadgets etc. The Winnie rides like a dream and even better once I turned on the compressor to pump up the air suspension. Still a little awkward with the manual jacks but I'm getting it. Looking forward to many more adventures with the DW and 3 children in the future. I have enjoyed "lurking" for the past few weeks and finally joined up today. I'm sure I will have MANY questions for the members in the future.

Cheers,
Mark

Good luck Mark .

Congrad's to you on your new coach . You picked a Winnebago and thats the best for the money . I have a 2002 Adventurer and is almost full proff when it comes to trouble , ( knock on wood . )
I just returned from a trip from Fl. to PA and back 2750 miles and only had a problem with the commode . A small leak that was fixed on the road .
Best of luck on your new coach . You should join the Winnebago club and join a local club in your area .

Happy trails , Tommy and Di

Mark, welcome aboard. Lovely looking coach and I like the model selection. Ours is a bit smaller and a bit older but they are built well and usually hang in there for a long time. Used to travel in your part of Canada a lot when I lived in the Soo. Enjoy your travels.
