Wondering why my earlier thread looks different than others lol!still looking for suggestions what's a good set up for Internet while traveling. Is a smart phone good enough I'd like to use my iPad when I go t Fl. To bring our bounder back to ak. In a couple of weeks?I've heard something about tethering but my company in Wasilla doesn't offer it. I think there parent co. ACS does which I can get out of Anchorage if someone can let me know if it works well RVin.I'm not at all sure this is the rite forum to ask in as I only got a couple of responses earlier today. Appreciate your help if you could point me in the right direction as far as forums. Thanks for cool website IRV. Hi Joe! Welcome to IRV2! Sure glad to have you join the bunch here! We decided to go with the MiFi service that our cellular carrier offers. You can get different data packages, usually starting at about $19.95 for 1GB, $29.95 for 3GB, or 39.95 for 5GB. We chose the 3GB package which I feel will be plenty for us. The MiFi unit will provide wireless internet for five devices. Good luck & God bless!
