Almost a newbie

Hello all
Although I am new here, I bought my Sprinter van conversion (a Winnebago ERA) a couple years ago, as a bribe to fet my wife to retire.

I am experienced with tent camping up and down to Eastern US and Canada, but very out of date.

Thanks for the reply. I actually joined b/c of a recommendation from current members who are active on an Electric Bike forum I belong to. And use my ebikes instead of a towd.

Hello back @TonyDi
I am still exploring this big forum, but my present obsession is air conditioning and battery bank.

I live in the East and my ERA did fine at keeping me comfortable at 20 below 0 in Ithaca NY in. January, but I intend to go west and have never faced the over 100 degree temps that seem common in Utah and Arizona.

My roof mounted A/C is right over the bed and the generator required to run it is right under the bed, so REALLY LOUD is an understatement.

Looking for threads on 12 volt mini splits as a start.

Many (s)miles to you.
