Another Hoosier joins the ranks

My wife and I recently purchased our first motorhome after losing our TT to a hail storm. It's a 1995 Gulf Stream Conquest 102 with just over 63k miles. We bought it with the understanding that we were going to have the front bunk completely rebuilt. Somewhere along the way my wife decided that we could put part of the rebuild money into renovating the interior. Now we are in the midst of rebuilding it ourselves with my wife doing the majority of the work so far. Repairs began a week ago and hope to be done in 2 more.

This coach will serve myself (Tim), my wife (Julie), 13 year old daughter (Alexa), 2 year old son (Parker) and our Irish Setter (Espn). Our previous camper was a 2004 29' bunkhouse. We are looking to do some week long trips to the North and South.

I found this community while doing searches on our bunk rebuild. It seemed friendly and knowledgeable. We hope to meet some of you on the road and ad our bits of help when possible.

Thanks,
The Osha's

We were just in your great state, last week, at the FMCA 87th Family Reunion Rally. Saw a couple of GS coaches that looked to be the same or near era of yours.

You've sure got one big project. Take lots of pictures & post 'em - we LOVE pictures here - & don't hesitate to ask questions.
