Ok, I have never been a camper until my wife's father gave us a well used 1994 29 ft Winnie Brave. I have worked on it for about 2 years getting everything to work -- and I mean everything. I repaired a transmission leak, replaced the engine starter, a pitman are, the parking brake, bad brake lines and wheel bearings. On the coach the gen needed a starter and fuel pump and the carb cleaned. I replaced the rooftop a/c unit and the bathroom skylight. Rebuilt the propane tank as the main valve leaked. Rebuilt the toilet, waste water tank sensors and gas system for refridge. Fixed numerous wiring issues and replaced the 3 batteries. EVERYTHING NOW WORKS. We have used it several times now and now I am hooked, I like camping. Anyway, been looking (lurking) at the site and decided to join after reading many posts that are so helpful. Seems to be a great Rver site.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! Man, you totally rebuilt that thing, didn't you! That's great that you were able to do that yourself. Maybe you can share the things you have learned with the rest of us when we need it. Just feel free to jump in anytime you find something that interests you! Good luck & God bless!
