Smile Another newbie in Western Canada

We will pick up a new-to-us 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire 3778 next week. We have camped for the past 40+ years in everything from a tent to a previous motorhome. Now that we will have a MH again we will be selling our current truck and 5th wheel.
Excited to get back in a MH and looking forward to learning all about and using our Newmar. We plan to flat tow a Jeep TJ much of the time and are currently planning a trip to warmer weather in early February.
This site seems to have a wealth of information for a new owner.
I'll have questions and will ask them as they come up.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum - I used to be from western Canada (southern Alberta) until I joined the Army at 18 in 1972. Since then been all over Canada (and other countries) and now settled near Ottawa.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your Newmar - I have a 2003 DSDP 4005 and previously had a 1999 DSDP. This forum is a great place to ask questions - the vast majority of people here like to help. Ignore the very few others and you'll be fine.

Depending on where you are in the west, make sure your new to you MH is properly winterized with temps you have been having (and we are getting now). Even BC has had enough cold to damage an improperly winterized MH.

Have fun.

Chris
