Another newby to camping

Lou and I were never campers until a couple of years ago when I fell in love (online) with our first and current motorhome. We went to look at it and luckily brought along a friend who has a class A, because we had no idea what to look for. We've now made a couple of trips to Florida and a trip to NC last month and a few other short trips. We hope to do a lot more traveling once Lou retires. We've been hauling our motorcycles in trailer, but are hoping to toad our new truck with the bikes in the back next trip. It would so nice to have both for those rainy days. We're in the process of setting up the truck for towing...if anyone will call us back! lol Got one estimate for a roadmaster set up for $4200 but wanted to find out a cost for Blue Ox.
Then we are looking at Amerideck system for loading both bikes into the back of the truck. Anyone have experience with them?
All this is so new to us, so I hope I can find our answers here!

Welcome to iRV2.

The quote of $4,200 doesn't sound out of line; I have to ask if that was an installed price , or just the parts ?
I purchased , tow bar , base plate , lube pump ( necessary for my application ) and an aux brake system , did my own install and spent $3,300 . 11 years ago .

You question on the motorcycle loading system , if a member with one doesn't find your question here in " New Members Check in " ; may require asking in the " Toads & Motorhome Towing " section of the forums .
