Sure was thinking about coming out to meet everyone. But after looking a little closer, will be an almost 8 hour drive. Still work full time and I am moving so I will have to try again another day. Have lots of fun everyone.

Hate you'll miss the fun but I know how easy it is to get your plate filled. So much to do, so little time. We actually will be breaking our trip up with a stop at Branson but DW and I have finally retired. Maybe next time we'll meet.

Craig, We live in North East Texas, about an hour west of Texarkana, TX. According to mapquest we are aout 520 miles from Cape Girardeau. Since this will be our first trip we are planning on leaving on Thursday sometime during the day. We will stop somewhere & spend the night in order to be there Friday morning.

Jim's cell is 903-517-0171 but he works part-time M-W so he can't answer until after 5p.m. My cell is 903-272-9086 & I'm always available.

We are really looking forward to ths trip.

We are doing it the same way you are Ginny, we are leaving Thursday evening going most of the way and will arrive in the morning.

If you've read all of this thread ten you know what's going on. I don't want to beat a dead horse but we're getting new responces daily so here goes.

This rally is for everyone! NEWBIES are organizing it and would like to get as many other newbies involved as possible. Time is drawing near so make plans tocome join us. We will meet, eat, learn and make new friends. None of the registered coaches have mete before so you'll fit right in!

Charles, now that you've replyed you should get a notification by e mail when additional post are made. We hade a great time considering none of us had meet before nor had we organized anything like this before. We have not set a date, or place for next year although some of us have plans to meet at various times and places this summer.

If your a newbie let me suggest you check out the camping section in this forum and see if any of the rallies meet your time and place requirements. During the summer, when school is out, so many of the campgrounds are full of families that trying to organize a rallie for multable spots is difficult. Once school starts back up so will the rallies. Regardless, get out and camp,visit with the other campers, enjoy!
