Where we keep out RV for the winter, the guy was taking it outside to work on it, & wind caught his door & tore off the awning over the back window, well he replaced that, BUT there is a place that it made in the side of the RV. HOW, do I fix that?....Charlie hasn't seen it yet, but he will ....all ideas please

If the RV is aluminum-skinned, the panel can be replaced if it is "holed" or dented beyond the capability of a paintless dent repair service to pop it out.

If the RV is filon or gel-coated fiberglass, a quality boat or Corvette repair facility is often your best bet. If you have a good relationship with your RV dealer, he might be able to recommend someone they have used successfully.

By the way, welcome to iRV2 - we're glad you found us but sorry that it has to be under these circumstances!

If the damage is in an area where an iRV2.com sticker would cover and might look good; the area could be sealed and smoothed and our website logo sticker could be put over the spot. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Thanks for the advice, but it is on the inside of the awning arm, I will take it to the rv dealer here & see what they can do....But the website logo would be good, then people would know I am on this site, Thanks
