Back on the Road Again
New to the forum here. I've migrated over from the Cruisers Forum cause I'm a boat owner too. I've been on the CF since it started. It all started back in 1980 when I sold my house in AZ and bought a truck and 25' Terry trailer. A few weeks later I bought a Cal 2-27 sailboat.
So I lived and worked out of the trailer in San Diego and spent the weekends on the boat in Mission Bay. A year later ended up selling the truck/trailer combo and traded the sailboat in for a 40' sports fisher (gas hog).
That lasted 3 years sold the rotting wood boat then off to Alaska for a second time. Ended up back in Seattle after another year, which lasted 25 years. In the meantime I bought an old race boat and spent 10 years restoring it. And sailed it down to SF last Aug.
Now I've sold my house again of 22 years and have bought a 36' 5th wheel and HD Ford diesel 350 w/duelies.
Now I'm going to get out of this God forsaken cold wet weather, in June after I figure out what to do with all the junk we collected in the past 25 years.
There's a lot more to tell but this should give ya,ll an idea of this man's travels.

Great life you have lived, and congratulations. Have a yard sale, or sail in your case and hit the road. Nothing like life on the road, or water.

Thanks all for the greetings. Eventually I'll get my avatar and profile filled in.
KSCRUDE I had 4 garage sales and stuff has been in Craig's list for over a year. I sold a lot of stuff but it's like rabbits and multiples. I had a small machine shop in a 700sf garage. All the big stuff is gone but the small valuable tools are hard to sell. One guy even drive down from Kamloops to pick up a huge Machinist tool box stacked full of instruments.
Now I just need to get rid of some quality house furnishings.
