Checking in from Maryland

Hello all,

First I'd like to thank the site owners, Admins and members for the wealth of contributions here. I've been rumaging around for a few weeks now do ing research on my new-to-me class A 2000 Fleetwood Discovery 37v. I have many questions to ask, that'll wait.

This is my second RV. My previous rig was a Class C 2011 Thor Chateau 31A. Very nice RV, but had to sell as a result of a bad financial situation after a divorce. Still kinda regret selling, but cant change the past, so I picked up this class A.

I'm excited to get to know this RV. I've already swapped out a cracked exhaust manifold on the Cummins 5.9 (no surprise), fixed the sticky front steps, ordered a couple of parts for the microwave, new shocks and scan guage d should be here tomorrow..... and thats of the top of my head.

Im no stranger to modding my stuff. I come from a boating back ground and tinker on my Marauder, Mustang and Bronco.

Next week she gets a full maintenance overhaul since I dont have any records from the previous owner.

I am wide open to constructive criticism. Any pointers, tips and tricks are appreciated!

Thanks again

Thanks for the warm welcome. We ve been busy with getting maintenance up to date. We changed the oil, fuel filters, front shocks, installed new house batteries, found a busted air line feeding the air pump (new one goes in tomorrow). Going to try and find a new tail pipe also. Still have to service the generator and host of other things.
