DC Area - New to RV'ing - Looking to Learn!

Hi All,

I'm Ken and I live in Alexandria, VA near Washington DC. I work at the Smithsonian, am a photographer, and also race bicycles. I've been doing bicycling vacations all over the country but I'm tired of paying for hotel rooms so I'm buying a Outdoors RV travel trailer in the next month or so. I am looking forward to figuring out how to use it best for my cycling vacations as well as setting it up for home office/telework use.

At least for the first 1/2 year or so the trailer will be in Florida so I can leaving the freezing cold of DC and train on my bicycle in warmer locations.

Thanks all, for the welcome! I've been reading A LOT about E rated tires and airbags in order to get my truck prepped. Next I'll be diving into wifi setups.

So much information here to help me learn! I'm grateful for all the info!

Welcome from the Orlando Thousand Trails Park, for now.

We use the WeBoost as an addition to our setup. We have Verizon hotspots and our phones.
