Doors won't open

Hello,

I just picked up my 31bhpr and went through walkthrough, but no one showed me how to open the doors. I already left the dealer and home.

Please help

Are you talking about the entry door(s) or the compartment doors? Keystone number is (866) 425-4369, but you will probably have to wait until Monday. Perhaps if you describe exactly what your issue is, someone can help you.

Doors

If you are talking about the bay doors underneath your coach on mine you have to push down with your thumb on the top of the latch while pulling the bottom up to unlatch.

Whew!!!!! After some YouTube videos I found out how the two locks on the entry doors work. I also had to push the door in then pull the handle. First day and a simple problem like this. I'm in for a lot of learning, but we did it for the kids so.....you gotta do what you gotta do.
Thanks everyone for trying to help us out. We are very excited for the first camping trip. Too bad everybody is filled up for Labor Day. We already reserved for Columbus Day and beyond.
