Smile Electrical problems

I'm a new owner of a older motorhome 83 excalibur by georgie boy,i've had it about 4-5 months had to rebuild the transmission turbo 400,still having problems with that, that will be another thread, the problem i'm having now is my electrical the running lights stay on all the time, there's nothing turn on ie: headlight switch or the ignition switch, my turn signals, brake lights, and back-up lights don't work either, i plan on doing the work myself to repair the problem i just need a wiring diagram for my rv and i should be able to figure it out from there, everything was working before i rebuilt the transmission which i did myself i just had a repair shop drop the trans for me and they installed it when i was done with the rebuild,as you can see i love doing this kind of stuff myself, with the prices the repair shop will charge,i try to keep the cost down as low as i can ,the engine is a 454 chevy with a turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission with a allison torque converter, any help or suggestion would make my day, my wife and i live in this rv so it would be nice to have everything working like it should, i'm trying to make it easy as i can for my wife. thanks in advance jimboborino

You seem to assume it's a problem with your rebuild. What about a problem the shop caused when doing the installation???

The marker light are controlled by the headlight switch then through the ICC switch. The switch does control the positive side. My guess is the switch. Remove the tail light fuse and see if they go off. There should be a paper fuse map glued to the bottom of the cover. If not there is a hot to hot short somewhere. There is a large bundle of positive wires taped tightly together leaving the fuse panel. That is a Chevrolet P30 chassis and the manual is available.
