I'm at the stage of figuring things out and seeing if I want to purchase an RV. I've rented one on RVShare (he let me trailer it too) and we've scheduled another rental for March. We rented about a 30' TT.
We are a family of 5 (3 boys) and I want to test the waters a bit and see what works best for us before and if we purchase.
I drive a GMC Sierra 2500 with the Duramax and I'm leaning more towards a 5th wheel. I'm undecided on a toy hauler or not.
I also like the concept of a class C, however I think that will cost me more money and since I already have a HD truck...do I really "need" a class C.
Good thing, there's an RV show this weekend in Tampa and I can't wait to look at everything!
One of my possible short term goals is to take a 2-3 week trip out west this summer and head to Big Bend TX.
