Glad to have you here with us.

Best way to get answers is to ask the questions.

Happy Trails and good luck!!

Perhaps what Tony is saying is to start a new thread asking the specific question about the specific RV. Also, you could do a search addressing the RV and question. It is also possible that someone will see the message here and reply, but more probable if the question is more specific in a new posting.

Hope you can fix the problem and start enjoying the new RV soon.

Welcome to the forum!

First thing to check is the air filter and you've probably already done that.
Next thing for me would be to take it to the shop and tell them to fix it...

Don't know where your breaker panel might be, in my 99 Dolphin it is in the bedroom at the base of the cabinet the TV is. Panel is behind a small door. That panel is only for the items that are powered by 120 volts, plugs, microwave, and TV. Lights, furnace, and vent fans are powered by 12 volts. You have a separate 12V Battery Control Center (BCC) with fuses for 12V items. You also have a converter/charger that convertes 120V to 12V to charge the house batteries and supply 12V to items that need it to operate.
For chassis question related to your Ford F53 chassis it would be best asked in the Ford Motorhome Chassis Owners Forum.

For questions about the house that National RV built it's best to ask questions in the National RV Owners Forum.

As for it failing the smog test, what did it actually fail on. The test station should have told you what it failed on and given you a print out showing the failed items. As I said I your other post in CA it is the sellers responsible to make a vehicle pass. That applies to private or dealer sales. Besides the link I post in your other post here is a link to the CA DMV about who is responsible for a vehicle being sold.
