The most important factor of these things is proper maintenance. It sounds like you uncle has take good care of the rig; this is good and I would not worry about anything major. If it has been a while since it was driven I would change all the fluids, possibly belt and be sure to check on the condition and age of the tires. At about 6 years from the date the tires (rectangular box wit four digits inside - first two are the week and last two are the year of manufacturing) it is time to replace, even if the tread looks good. Then giver it a bath and some polish. Take it out and get to know it and have some fun.
