First Time Owner

Afternoon everyone, just wanted to drop by and say hi. My family and I just purchased a 1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 34P riding on a Chevy Chassis. We are pretty excited to get out and camping, our first trip is planned for Mother's Day weekend.

I've done some lurking here in the forums, researching makes and models before we decided on the Arrow.

It's currently at the dealer, having them go through everything to make sure it's all ready for the season. I know for a fact the cab A/C doesn't work, and the Auto Park brake won't hold the RV on a hill either. But, other than those two things, it's in great shape. Attached are the Craigslist Pictures, will be taking some of my own once we get it back.

Well, got my the phone call from the Shop. The "Auto" brake needs some major work, new pads, new cable, new drum to the tune of 1300 or so....

Well, at least the rest of the camper is checking out ok. And once it's fixed, should be good for a while.

Enjoy the new toy. Be fore-warned that holiday weekends campgrounds are the busiest on holiday weekends. I would try to get a warm up trip before the holiday. Be sure and make a reservation and don't try to get a site at the last moment.
