Welcome and congratulations.
Rule number one about owning a travel trailer or 5th wheel. They will leak. I am an insurance adjuster and this time of the year we get tons of claims for "storm damage" that turns out to be long term water leakage that rots from the inside out. By the time you see it, it's too late. Read and learn how to maintain all the seals and seams, and I don't mean just the roof. Do that and you will enjoy your Dutchman for many years to come.
I looked at 3 today, one that the front 3' of sidewall blew right off when he went to tow it home from his summer campsite. I inspected the inside walls, in the cabinets, around the floor, windows and could find no visible signs of water. Yet the outside wall rotted right off.
Sorry. Don't know why the image came out sideways. It does that sometimes with I-Phone pictures
