Getting read to Rock (travel?)
Hello, all:
I am a newbie that recently purchased a class c. The class c is a 29' Fleetwood Tioga with a Ford chassis and a V-10 E-450. It has a conan generator, Dometic reefer, microwave, and a complete list of all entities that would make even a newbie feel comfortable  Heck, it even has a small solar panel!
I would like to begin preparing the house and chassis for a 2000 mile adventure from San Diego to Wisconsin; therefore, I am requesting assistance in preparing this "beast" for the road. Can anyone help this newbie prepare this coach for the road?
And BTW. Can someone instruct about how to upload a picture? The program indicates that the pictures exceeds the allowed memory.

Aside from what Nail40 suggested I would recommend having a good Emergency Roadside service and be sure to check your tire pressure and condition.

Hi James! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you guys join us! Just do a search on the forum for check lists and I'm sure you will come up with lots of suggestions. Most of it is just plain common sense! If you have any specific questions I would suggest posting them over in the appropriate areas of the forum for more answers. Not too many folks hang out here. About your photo. It would appear the picture is too large or too high quality making it a file size above what our host here will allow.
To resize it you can do it with a image program like Photoshop or just Google "resize photo" (no "") and there are a bunch of free online programs.
About your new RV, it might be a good idea and a lot of fun to do a trial run some place nearby to see if everything works before taking off on the big journey.

Welcome to the forum!
Preparation will depend a lot on how well the rig has been maintained. I would make sure that all services are up to date, belts and hoses checked, tire age/condition/pressure checked out, CoachNet roadside assistance, etc.
