My wife and I are getting ready to make the plunge and purchase our first TT!!

We are looking at ultralights and hybrids due to our tow vehicle (2004 V-8 4Runner). It has a 7000lb tow capacity but a very short wheelbase (110 inches).

We have narrowed our choice down to either a StarCraft 195CK or a StarCraft 215SS0. The 195CK is almost exactly 20' so it is the recommended length for our TV. But then there's the 215SS0, which we like better. Both of them have a dry weight in the neighborhood of 3500 with a GVWR of 5000 so I am not worried about the weight. Decisions. Decisions.....

Congratulations. You are one of few people who studied weight and tow ratings before buying the first time. Best of luck on your decisions. Art

Note. You can do a find to gather more information, or ask some specific questions as there are very knowledgable Rvers here. Knowledge means never having to say you're sorry.
