Smile Good experience picking up new Navion at Winnebago factory!!

My husband and I are the proud owners of a new (2016) Winnebago Navion which we picked up at the Winnebago factory. The purchase was arranged through Costo's special deal with Camping World. Before contacting Costco we had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted (Navion -- 24J floorplan). Costco put us in touch w. a Camping World dealer who gave us by far the lowest price of any dealer we had talked to (and we talked to MANY) and met all our requirements including arranging pick up at the factory in Forest City, Iowa. There was no extra cost for this arrangement and we had an outstanding experience with an excellent Winnebago employee who went over the entire coach with us patiently explaining all the systems and answering all our questions (2 plus hours). A couple of issues that we noticed were immediately dealt with. The coach had 3/4 tank of gas and almost full tank of fresh water and was fully ready for the road trip back to our home in Seattle.
We also took the factory tour which was very impressive. The attention to detail and local manufacture of parts to exacting standards confirmed to us that Winnebago has the best quality control of all and pays its workforce fair wages (starting= $15.00/hour). We are delighted that we had the chance to break in the RV ourselves (only 20 miles on the odometer when we picked it up)!!!!!

Congrats folks, we owned a Winny in the past, but did not know they allowed pick up at the factory. Enjoy.
