Greetings All!
I am from Phoenix, AZ. I currently am waiting for my 3rd brand new toyhauler to get out of warranty repair. I only currently own one. I keep selling them and buying another. Not smart, I know. Why do they always have so many problems brand new? Grrr. I just bought a 2015 Shockwave 18'. Small hauler for the wife and I. Glad to be here!

Quality control and factory inspection is poor because, even with defects, people keep buying them.

Welcome,
As a retired Manufacturing and Quality Engineer, I know all too well what the lack of a good quality system can produce. Best of luck with this one, I hope it meets your satisfaction.
This site has a great volume of information and I enjoy spending many hours reading the posts.
